Only the emails your account needs

  • Sign-in codesA one-time code when you sign in or create an account. Sent only when you ask for it.
  • Account noticesSecurity alerts, email address changes and account deletion confirmations.
  • ReceiptsPurchase and subscription receipts, renewal reminders and refund confirmations.
  • Product updatesOnly if you opt in. Every update has a one-click unsubscribe link.

We never buy, rent or share mailing lists. If an address bounces or a recipient marks our email as spam, we stop sending to that address automatically.

Privacy

What we collect

  • Your email address, to create your account and send the emails listed above.
  • The files you upload or record, only for as long as it takes to process them, unless you choose to keep them in your account.
  • Basic usage data, such as which tool you used and error logs, to keep the service running.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, show ads, or use your files to train AI models.

Service providers

We use cloud providers to host the service, process AI requests, and deliver email (Amazon Simple Email Service). They handle data only on our behalf.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from optional emails at any time, download your data, or delete your account from the app settings or by emailing support@airdraw.net. We delete account data within 30 days of a deletion request.

Terms

Using AirDraw

You need a valid email address to create an account. Keep your sign-in codes private; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You own what you upload and create. You give us permission to process it only to provide the tool you're using. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or content that is illegal.

Paid plans

Some features need a paid plan. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in the app store or account settings. Refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from.

Changes and availability

We may change or retire features. We'll email account holders before changes that affect paid plans.
